Knife sharpening

We’re looking for a teacher with experience in sharpening (knives, scissors, tools, etc.), and a desire to share this knowledge.

Sharpening is an area that we have been teaching for a long time at Les Affûtés, and that we would like to continue to develop towards new subjects.

Profile required:
– A real sense of pedagogy and a taste for sharing with an enthusiastic, curious and varied public, from beginners to amateurs, from teenagers to pensioners.
– Professional or advanced amateur experience

Details
– Between 1 and 2 workshops per week (3 to 6 hours)
– Flexible: evenings and weekends
– Workshops are held in the Montréal-Rosemont area

Salary: $33.00 to $56.00 per hour ($50/hour on average for sharpening), depending on the number of workshop participants.
