In this 3-hour workshop, Nicolas, interior designer, will show us how to arrange and optimize the volumes of a living space.

In the first part of the workshop, we will discuss how to expand a room in an unusual and creative way, with customized details. We will also see how to integrate, recover or hide existing elements in the decor.

In the second part, we will put into practice a planning workshop for a living space and a modular sectional.

Introduction to lingerie – Learn to sew your own underwear

Would you like to learn how to make your own underwear? Would you like to learn how to sew by making a delicate and seductive textile project?

During this 3.5-hr workshop, Cécile will guide us in making comfortable bobbins! We will make one bobble per person so that we can be autonomous at home and be able to fill our drawer with personalized bobbles.

During the workshop, we will discover the fundamentals of sewing such as
threading the machine, sewing in zig-zag stitch, placing an elastic, sewing lace, making beautiful finishes.

Each participant will have the choice of two to three colors and the possibility to combine several of them.

Main fabric composition: 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex
Skill requirements: basic sewing skills are welcome, but the workshop is suitable for all levels!

Sun Care – Making the essentials to prepare your skin for summer

Would you like to enjoy the sun while protecting your skin with natural and environmentally friendly products? You want to apply the principles of zero waste outside your bathroom?

During this 3-hour workshop, Marie will guide us through the making of three essential cosmetic products to take care of your skin all summer long! We will first discover the different properties of the raw materials, their roles and their benefits to protect ourselves from the risks of the sun.

We will then make three natural products to take with us on all our summer trips: a solid mineral sunscreen; an after-sun gel (for a healthy glow or to repair the skin); and two tubes of lip balm with UV protection (with the possibility of tinting one).

Everyone will leave with personalized products, reusable containers and the recipes to reproduce them at home!

Skills required: none, except for loving the outdoors and the sun!

Make your own handmade candles

This 3-hour workshop will be the opportunity to learn the basics of making handmade candles in containers. You will learn about the different waxes, how to choose the right wick, how to color your candles with natural pigments and how to scent them.

Each participant will make 2 natural candles with vegetable waxes, according to their own preferences!

How do you make a pegboard? How do you go from a simple wooden board to a well-finished piece of furniture? How do you make it look nice and professional?

This workshop is here to answer all these questions by teaching you how to build a useful and modular piece of furniture. You will learn various woodworking skills: cutting with a band saw, using a drill press, rounding your board with a router, sanding, building a French cleat, and more!

Required knowledge: zero. Only a good attitude, perseverance, and a love of wood!
