This workshop is for you! Over the course of 3 hours, Ricardo will guide you through all the necessary steps to create a mosaic. After a presentation on the art of mosaicing, you will have time to create a mosaic design and choose colors to create a personalized trivet. After an introduction to the different types of tools used for mosaicing, you will begin cutting the pieces with pliers. You’ll be taught several techniques for placing and installing tesserae, as well as handling grout and cement glue. You will then move on to adding the finishing touches to the project!

Creativity is welcome in this workshop, you can come with a design idea or a drawing.
