Did you discover a whole new world in Repairing Small Electronics like a pro – Level 1 ? Would you like to learn more?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll take a closer look at diagnostics, and you’ll learn how to assemble a small electronic circuit by soldering with tin. You’ll become an even better troubleshooter!

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • – Part 1: Introduction to soldering. You’ll learn about safety, then assemble a small electronic circuit using a soldering iron. You’ll also learn how to desolder.
  • – Part 2: Repairing an electrical device. After experimenting with working on an electronic circuit board, you’ll dismantle a faulty small household appliance and, using a multimeter and the techniques learned in the Level 1 workshop, identify the cause(s) of the problem. You can then propose a solution to repair the appliance.

Skills required: Completion of Repairing Small Appliances like a pro – Level 1 (See here).

The cost of the workshop includes all materials, lots of advice and perhaps the pride of having brought a small appliance back to life!

You’ve already made cold-saponified soap, but don’t dare stray from your recipe? Would you like to take your skills to the next level by working on some of the must-have recipes of artisan soapmaking?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll (re)discover three great soapmaking classics that have stood the test of time for generations! We’ll be making two skin care recipes: Aleppo soap and Castile soap, followed by a recipe for a vegan all-purpose household soap, adapted from the famous ‘savon du pays’.

After an introduction to the ingredients and properties of these ancestral recipes, we’ll look at different techniques for incorporating natural active ingredients. These will bring even more virtues to our soaps, and allow us to personalize them! We’ll talk about medicinal plant macerates, exfoliating agents, softeners and stain removers.

Everyone will leave with 6 soaps (2 from each recipe), adapted to their needs and scented to their liking.
