Is your hallway overflowing with too much stuff? Would you like to make a piece of furniture to store your keys, wallet, letters and anything else you have in your pockets?
During this 3.5 hour workshop, our workshop leader will guide you in the creation of a beautiful, customizable and practical piece of furniture to install in your entrance. To realize this beautiful project, we will have the opportunity to use several different types of wood.
This workshop will be an opportunity to use different machines and tools such as: drill press, hand drills, band saw, table router, plunge routers and different sanders.
We will also learn different techniques such as: chamfering; drilling and milling; profiling a curve; making a wall hanging system.
Skills required: none, except for wanting a nice tidy entrance.
