Do you dream of making your own leather shoes? Would you like to discover the world of leatherwork, while creating a project using recycled leather?

In this 4 x 3-hour course, we dive into the world of leatherwork, making our own personalized pair of sneakers from leather sourced from the circular economy! Gianhi, a passionate leatherworker, accompanies us through every step of the manufacturing process and as we learn the various techniques. We’ll cover :

– Leatherworking tools
– Cutting leather according to a pattern
– gluing and assembling a lining
– eyelet fitting
– 2-needle sewing
– Assembling pieces with soles

You’ll be able to choose from a wide range of leather colors and textures, as well as different colors of soles, laces and eyelets, to create one-of-a-kind shoes!

Skills required: None, apart from a love of sneakers and a little patience.

Price includes all materials and lots of pro tips!
