Would you like to learn the basics of woodturning while preparing your Christmas decorations? Would you like to embellish your tables with durable, elegant ornaments?
In this 3.30 hour workshop, we’ll plunge you into the world of woodturning, creating two decorative Christmas trees that can be placed anywhere in your home, for a bit of holiday enchantment! First, you’ll discover the wood lathe and its associated tools. Next, we’ll learn the basics of woodturning, between-points and in wire wood, by shaping several Christmas trees into personalized shapes, according to the creativity of each participant.
Each participant will be able to turn a variety of original shapes, with a choice of wood species.
Skills required: none, except a love of Christmas!
Price includes materials, valuable advice and unlimited wood shavings.
