Using knives and pans, you’ll master cooking techniques such as dehydration, reuse of leftovers and clever preservation. After reviewing tips for optimizing ingredients, we’ll cook up several delicious, anti-waste recipes. Everyone will leave with several recipes and the preparations made during the workshop. (depending on vegetables and fruit available)
Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all those who are curious about food and want to make better use of it.
