Have you always wondered how to temper chocolate without it turning gray or streaky? Would you love to create a chocolate character, some slightly funky flowers, and an artistic centerpiece… even if everything isn’t perfectly straight?
In this 3.5-hour workshop, we dive together into the creative (and sometimes slightly chaotic) world of chocolate molding and artistic assembly. The goal isn’t to make a competition showpiece, but to dare, to experiment, to learn… and above all, to have fun with chocolate.
Armed with spatulas, a thermometer, brushes, and a paper piping cone, you’ll learn how to temper dark and white chocolate. You’ll have fun experimenting with decorative techniques such as splattering, marbling, piping designs, and adding fine details with a brush. Next, you’ll craft two to three chocolate flowers—each one unique, of course—before creating a themed character that is molded and carefully decorated. With the remaining chocolate, you’ll pour a chocolate bar and then learn how to assemble and glue all the elements together to build a complete and harmonious structure.
Required skills: none! This workshop is open to anyone who wants to try, create, and accept that chocolate sometimes has a mind of its own.
The price includes all necessary materials, equipment, and ingredients.
Here, we learn, we experiment, we laugh… and we leave proud of our creation — even if it’s not perfect.
