Summer’s here and barbecue season is officially underway! Would you like to become a barbecue pro and impress your friends with a great grilled meal?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll delve into the world of marinades and BBQ-specific cooking methods. With Clément’s expertise, we’ll learn how to mix the right ingredients, the different cutting techniques and how to master the cooking of different ingredients, for successful barbecues.

Equipped with knives and mixers, we’ll create different sauces and marinades for meat, fish, tofu and vegetables. Everyone will leave with a jar of each of the 5 recipes created during the workshop.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all grill lovers, carnivores and vegetarians alike.

Cooking workshops are held in the kitchen of the Centre de Ressources et d’Action Communautaire de la Petite-Patrie (CRACPP), at the corner of Drolet and Bélanger. We’ll let you know the exact address once you’ve registered.

Note: remember to bring a small cooler or other container to keep your produce cold!

IMPORTANT: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
