Are you an aspiring foodie who has always wanted to know everything there is to know about beef? Do you want to rediscover the pleasure of a good dish served with sauce?
During this 3.5-hour workshop, we will delve into the art of simmering beef. Using the right utensils, we will learn how to prepare braising techniques and master the art of cutting and cooking vegetables! We will then take the time to make a brown sauce like a chef!
We’ll arm ourselves with sharp knives and explore different techniques for preparing and cooking beef like a pro. We’ll also learn how to prepare a brown stock and make homemade bread.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with about 1 liter of braised meat, side dishes, and a small loaf of homemade bread.
No skills required! This workshop is open to all meat lovers!
The price includes all ingredients, necessary materials, and kitchen equipment.

– Remember to bring your own containers to take home the products you’ve made.
– Participants will be invited to taste their creations at the end of the workshop, but no meals will be served during the workshop. Please plan to eat before the workshop or bring a snack with you!
