Are you a gourmet who dreams of eating your own fresh homemade cheeses? Would you like to find out all the steps involved in making one of the world’s most widely consumed cheeses?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll discover all the steps involved in making your own cheeses and 100% homemade butter. We’ll talk about the different ingredients, their specific characteristics and their reactions.

We’ll also go over the equipment needed before setting about making three recipes, and go over the different techniques for curdling, draining and moulding. At the end of the workshop, everyone will go home with the following cheeses: mozzarella, stracciatella and butter.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to everyone, whether you’re a passionate amateur, a budding chef or simply a gourmet.

The price includes all the necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and good humour!

Note: remember to bring your containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.
