Would you like to discover the secrets of Indian cuisine? Are you looking for ideas for cooking with friends and family?

Join Clément for this 3-hour workshop as we delve into the world of Indian cuisine. Equipped with basic cooking utensils, we’ll learn different techniques such as tadka (spice roasting), kneading and baking the famous Naan bread, and cold emulsion.

After reviewing all the necessary ingredients, we’ll put into practice the various recipes for traditional Indian dishes to prepare lentil dahl, vegetarian curry, Naan bread and mango lassi. Everyone will take away a portion of each recipe to enjoy with your favorite dishes.

Skills required: none! Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced cooking enthusiast, this workshop is open to all.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and lots of fun!

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
