Would you like to learn how to preserve your seasonal produce all year round? Do you dream of eating your favourite fruit and vegetables in both summer and winter?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll cover the important points to explain the methods and processes of preserving. We’ll discover three different preserving techniques: using salt, sugar and vinegar. We’ll prepare a spiced apple jam, cherry tomatoes in brine and aeggplant antipasti.

Mathieu will show us how to cut and cook the food, sterilize the jars and assemble the preserves.

Everyone will go home with a jar of each of the three 100% homemade preparations. Skills required: none, this workshop is open to all enthusiasts!

The price includes all the necessary materials and kitchen equipment.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.
