Would you like to make your own dumplings and gyozas at home? Looking for ideas for cooking with friends and family?
Join us for this 3 Hour workshop as we delve into the world of homemade dumplings and gyozas. Equipped with rolling pins, frying pans and saucepans, we’ll learn different techniques for making prawn dumplings and vegetarian gyozas. Everyone will go home with 6 of each.
We’ll discover the art of kneading, folding and garnishing by hand. Then we’ll look at two types of cooking that can be mastered to obtain different textures: boiled and fried.
Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced cooking enthusiast, this workshop is open to everyone. Skills required: none
The price includes all the necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and lots of good humour!
Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.
