Are you a gourmet who’s always wanted to know how to make your own homemade charcuterie? Would you like to enhance your aperitifs with recipes you’ve made yourself?

In this 3.5 hour workshop, we’ll be delving into the world of charcuterie. Using mincers, boards and sharp knives, we’ll learn how to make three recipes, and everyone will go home with: a filet mignon, a palet basque and a terrine.

With the help of our chef, we’ll discover the secrets of assembling the ingredients and how to recognize the different parts and pieces of meat used. We’ll then go through the cooking and preserving stages to make 100% home-made charcuterie.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to everyone!

The price includes all the necessary materials and kitchen equipment!

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
