Have you always wondered how to make a pretzel or a stollen cake? Would you like to impress your family or friends at your next dinner party?

In this 3h30 workshop, we invite you to delve into the sweet art of a traditional German and Alsatian cake with ancient origins, and a savory pretzel made from brioche dough. We’ll learn the techniques of hand-kneading, fermentation and baking.

Using wooden spatulas, knives and cutting boards, we’ll knead, mix and discover the subtleties of baking. We’ll discover a whole host of tricks for making products that will sublimate your sweet and savory cravings. Everyone will leave with two traditional pretzels and a fruit stollen.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all gourmets and the curious.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and lots of professional advice.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
