Have you always dreamed of cooking classic Italian dishes? Would you like to turn your kitchen into a tratorria and make a romantic dinner for your girlfriend or boyfriend?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll discover two classic Italian dishes. Using simple kitchen utensils, we’ll learn how to prepare a vegetarian risotto and a tiramisu, two recipes that require both technique and sensitivity.

With Clément, we’ll look at cooking techniques and learn how to strike the right balance between flavors for a successful risotto. We’ll then look at the key factors in choosing the right ingredients for a perfectly textured tiramisu.

Everyone will leave with a gourmet two-course meal, 100% homemade!

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to anyone who loves good food.

The price includes all necessary materials and kitchen equipment.

Cooking workshops are held in the kitchen of the Centre de Ressources et d’Action Communautaire de la Petite-Patrie (CRACPP), at the corner of Drolet and Bélanger. We’ll let you know the exact address once you’ve registered.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
