Would you like to create recipes for successful happy hours? Would you like to impress your friends or family at your next aperitif?

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll dive into the world of tapas and mezzes. We’ll learn the different ways to cut food, master cooking techniques, combine flavours and confect the right ingredients.

Equipped with a blender, chopping board and cooking pots, we’ll make 4 tapas and mezze recipes. Everyone will go home with: a jar of grilled mushrooms and houmous with garlic confit, a jar of cauliflower popcorn with salt and vinegar, a jar of tender courgettes with harissa and lemon and a jar of pork pinchitos.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all lovers of 100% homemade aperitifs

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.

IMPORTANT: Closed shoes are compulsory.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
