Would you like to discover the art of Phở soup? Are you looking to bring comfort and warmth to your kitchen and your palate?
Join Clément for this 3.5-hour workshop where we will immerse ourselves in the world of Phở. Equipped with basic kitchen utensils, we will learn different techniques for making a rich broth, cooking animal protein to perfection, and creating a spicy oil, all while striving for a balance of flavors.
After reviewing all the necessary ingredients, we will put the different recipes into practice to make our Phở from A to Z. Everyone will leave with their broth (+- 500 mL) and garnishes (vegetables, animal protein). Remember to bring your own containers to take home the products you have made. (A 500 mL jar and two Tupperware containers for the garnishes and a reusable bag).
Required skills: none! Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced cooking enthusiast, this workshop is open to everyone.
The price includes all the necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw ingredients, and lots of good cheer!
Note: participants will be invited to taste their creations at the end of the workshop, but no meals will be served during the workshop. So plan to eat before the workshop or bring a snack with you!
