Would you like to get your hands dirty and turn your kitchen into a creative culinary stage? Are you looking for ideas to prepare a dessert that will delight your loved ones?

In this 3h30 workshop, we’ll make a traditional Italian cake with grapes, candied fruit and citrus zest, and we’ll cook a kouglof, another traditional recipe based on brioche dough. Using whisks and pans, we’ll learn fermentation techniques, how to knead with our hands, and the secrets of masterful baking.

After reviewing the necessary ingredients, we’ll learn to understand the textures of a dough and make an orange marmalade to accompany your favorite desserts. Everyone leaves with a panettone, a kouglof and a jar of marmalade.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all gourmets and the curious.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and lots of professional advice.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
