Would you like to plunge into the colorful, gourmet world of homemade confectionery ? Want to amaze both kids and adults with handmade candies featuring irresistible textures and flavors?

During this 3-hour workshop, and in collaboration with another participant, we will learn to create four must-have confections: fruity gummy candies, tangy ribbon sweets, crunchy lollipops, and delightfully soft marshmallows. Using saucepans, thermometers, and piping bags, we’ll explore the secrets behind perfect meringue, cooked sugar, natural gelling agents, and flavorful aromas to craft treats worthy of a master confectioner.

After discovering the key ingredients and essential steps for each recipe, we’ll master sugar cooking, texture balance, and expert tips for making delicious and beautifully crafted candies. Each participant will leave with a selection of homemade sweets to continue indulging at home.

No experience required! This workshop is open to all curious and sweet-toothed participants.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, ingredients, and plenty of expert advice.

Note: Remember to bring your own containers to take home the delicious treats you create!
