Would you like to know all the secrets to personalizing your favorite chocolates? Would you like to turn your kitchen into a chocolate factory and please your loved ones?

During this 3h30 workshop, we’ll dive into the gourmet world of chocolate. Equipped with whisks, bar molds and thermometers, we’ll master several methods for making: two chocolate truffles with salted butter caramel, a chocolate sausage, a white chocolate bar and two dark chocolate mi-cuit.

After reviewing all the ingredients, we’ll learn the techniques for tempering chocolate, molding chocolate bars, baking mi-cuits and the secret to making recipes less sweet.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all chocolate lovers.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment and raw materials.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
