No prior skills required. This workshop is open to anyone who wants to become more organized in the kitchen, save time, and enjoy home-cooked meals without spending every evening cooking.
The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, ingredients, and plenty of practical tips to help you make meal prep a sustainable habit.

– Please bring your own containers to take home your meals: 5 containers (Tupperware) of 500 ml each.
– No full meal will be served on site. Please plan to eat beforehand or bring a snack if needed.
