In this 3.5-hour workshop, we’ll learn how to make refined tacos by working with iconic fillings and condiments. We’ll prepare corn tortillas, pollo pechuga (grilled chicken) tacos, marinated shrimp, sweet salsa and mango sauce, fresh pico de gallo and napole cactus salad. Using baking sheets, spices and cooking techniques, we’ll discover the art of marinating, grilling and assembling tacos that are as delicious as they are beautifully presented.

After reviewing the necessary ingredients, we’ll learn how to balance flavors, marry textures and sublimate each bite with tasty condiments. Everyone will leave with homemade tacos, sauces and condiments to extend the culinary experience at home.

Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all gourmets and the curious.

The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and lots of pro tips.

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.
