In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll dive into the world of beef. Using simple kitchen utensils, we’ll learn how to prepare a beef tartare, as well as master cutting techniques and pan-frying like a chef! We’ll see how to recognize the different parts and pieces of this meat, the secret of the Maillard reaction and the internal cooking temperatures to get perfectly cooked pieces every time.
We’ll arm ourselves with sharp knives and explore the different techniques for preparing and cooking beef like a pro.
Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all carnivores!
