Autumn is here and you’d like to sublimate your dishes with seasonal vegetables? Would you like to do more than just decorate pumpkins for Halloween?
In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll discover the techniques for sublimating your autumn vegetables! Using a blender, saucepans and basic utensils, we’ll make 4 recipes: squash purée, pumpkin seed and sage pesto, buttercup squash rosty and Crème brûlée with chai tea in a pumpkin.
After reviewing the necessary ingredients, we’ll learn how to emulsify, mix, blend and the various ways to reuse leftovers and waste nothing.
Skills required: none! This workshop is open to all, whether you’re a passionate amateur, a budding chef or simply a gourmet.
The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, raw materials and good humor!
Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can leave with the products you’ve made.
