In this 3.5-hour workshop, we’ll dive into the art of crafting classic tarts. On the dessert menu: a perfectly balanced lemon meringue tart and a fresh fruit tart with creamy pastry filling and beautifully arranged seasonal fruit.
With our hands, rolling pins, and saucepans, each participant will make a crisp sweet tart crust, silky pastry cream, luscious lemon curd, and a beautiful French meringue. You’ll also learn how to line a tart pan like a pro and use a piping bag to decorate your tart to perfection.
No experience needed! This workshop is open to anyone with a sweet tooth.
The price includes all necessary materials, kitchen equipment, ingredients, and of course—a generous dose of indulgence!

– Don’t forget to bring containers large enough to take your sweet creations home!
