Do you want to discover Vietnamese cuisine and learn how to prepare fresh, simple, and flavorful classics? This workshop is a deep dive into three essentials: fresh spring rolls, Bò Bún, and Bánh Mì.
We start with the basics: preparing marinades for beef and tofu, along with quick pickles that bring freshness and balance. You’ll learn how to cut vegetables, organize your prep, and work with simple ingredients to create dishes full of flavor.
Next, you’ll cook the marinated beef and tofu, then move on to shaping fresh spring rolls—a key technique you can easily recreate at home. We’ll then assemble the Bánh Mì and Bò Bún, paying close attention to textures, seasoning, and balance.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Vietnamese cooking: marinades, cooking techniques, assembly, and balancing freshness, acidity, and richness.
All equipment and ingredients are provided. No experience required—the workshop is open to anyone curious about cooking.
Note: Please bring three containers of about 500 ml each to take your preparations home, as well as bags for transport.
