You’ll explore basic jewelry-making techniques to create an adjustable ring. At the same time, you’ll learn how to saw, solder, shape, polish and finish silver. You’ll practice using the foredom and tools such as the bocfil (saw), flashlight, hammers and pliers. It’s the perfect workshop for discovering the art of jewelry making, by creating a simple, uncluttered piece of jewelry.

You’ll leave with a delicate ring to put on your own or a loved one’s finger, as well as information on suppliers and tips for making and maintaining your jewelry.

Skills required: none. This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about working with silver.

/!\ This workshop is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, due to the handling of heavy metals and chemicals.
