Is your curiosity and thirst for creative projects endless? Would you like to make your own beautiful decorative and practical home accessories while discovering a new versatile, colorful, and durable material?
In this 3-hour workshop, guided by a professional, we will create molded objects in Jesmonite—an eco-friendly, solid composite material made from gypsum mineral powder, water, and liquid acrylic resin. You will be able to pigment it in the colors of your choice and learn how to create a variety of organic textures and patterns.
Note that Jesmonite is an alternative to plaster and concrete that contains no solvents or VOCs, making it a healthier option than traditional resins.
Everyone will receive the same amount of Jesmonite to work with during the workshop and will go home with one or two beautiful pieces whose size will vary depending on their selection.
Required skills: none. This workshop is open to everyone and guaranteed fun!
The workshop includes tools, materials, molds, and the best tips and tricks.
Note: Don’t forget to bring a bag to take your creation home.
