Do you dream of having an immortal bouquet of flowers on your kitchen table, whatever the season? Would you like to explore the decorative possibilities of working with paper?
In this 4-hour workshop, Sarah takes us on a journey of discovery into the delicate art of paper! We’ll learn how to make amazingly realistic flowers from crepe paper. This season, the spotlight is on wild roses, and we’ll have the pleasure of working with a selection of papers hand-dyed by our artisan.
Step-by-step, we’ll learn how to cut and shape paper to create flowers true to nature. From stem to leaves to flowers, we’ll create a timeless personalized decoration!
Each participant will create a stem with leaves and 2 to 4 flowers during the workshop, then leave with the materials and skills needed to create another stem at home to add to their bouquet!
Skills required: none, except a love of flowers.
Price includes all materials, good humor and Sarah’s expert advice!
