Do you enjoy working with wood and the smell of campfires? Would you like to discover wood pyrography by creating decorative objects that will add a natural touch to your meals?
During this 3-hour workshop, Isabelle will introduce us to the decorative art of wood pyrography by creating a pair of personalized salad servers!
We will cover the basics: the necessary equipment; tracing and transferring a sketch; pyrography methods; and the types of tips to use. We will then explore universal, tracing, and shading tips, and practice basic techniques for filling, texturing, and relief.
Everyone will have a choice of several sketches available on site. It is also possible to bring your own sketch (maximum dimensions: 9 inches).
Required skills: none, except to let your creativity run wild.
The price includes all materials, good cheer, a little chat, and lots of advice!
