Workshops
Required skills: you must have already attended an introductory woodturning workshop to learn the basics. (We will not be revisiting the basics of the discipline).
The Labo-Fûtés are small group workshops that allow you to take your project further while benefiting from personalized support thanks to the expertise of our Affûteurs.
In this workshop, limited to four participants, Martin, our expert woodturner, will be there to guide you through your project.
To attend this workshop, you will need to come with a personal project or a project you have already started. Martin will be able to advise and guide you through any stages of your project that you are stuck on. If you don’t have a specific project in mind and would like to practice using a particular knife or learn how to sharpen your knives, you’re also welcome to join us.
Tools will be provided, but please note that you will need to bring your own wood and accessories if necessary.
If the session is in the morning and on a day when the workshop is open for independent work, it is possible to stay longer if needed to use the tools on your own ($14/hour).
