Do you feel like patterns are more like a puzzle than sewing? Would you like to know how to make your own bust pattern so you can create your own clothes?
During this 3-hour workshop, we will discover all the secrets of making a custom bust pattern and the possible adjustments.
We will learn different aspects such as:
– Taking measurements
– Drawing the base lines
– Drawing the back and front to measure
– Adjustments and ease
The basic bust is not a garment per se, it is the foundation that you will then use to create your own designs.
Required skills: none, except curiosity and a desire to learn.
The price includes all the necessary materials and lots of professional advice. Everyone will leave with a measurement sheet and their basic bust pattern traced down to the hips.
(We will not need a sewing machine for this class.)
NB: The workshop time is approximate, and it may take longer for some participants. We therefore recommend that you do not schedule an appointment immediately after the workshop!
