Have you ever dreamed of creating a miniature world? Are you wondering how to make realistic furniture and scenery from scratch, but on a smaller scale?
Miniatures are smaller versions of furniture, houses, rooms, or scenes. You’ll work at a 1:12 scale using various tools and simple materials to create a custom miniature.
Session 1: Introduction to the use of various tools and creation of the structure using foam board and a knife. Creation of the door and window. You’ll learn techniques to create an authentic look and make your miniature look real.
Session 2: Setting up the wall structure and mastering the use of acrylic paint in several layers. Steps and detailing techniques to give the scene a realistic look.
Session 3: making the floor and creating the vegetation and mini flower pots with cork sheets. Making and installing a roof with balsa wood and cardboard.
