Do you want to know how to sharpen your own knives perfectly, to slice pineapple and whole wheat bread in a single stroke?
This workshop, led by Charles-Éric, passionate sharpener, is here to help you become self-sufficient. We will discuss different sharpening techniques; the choice of tools and the right equipment; the choice of knives and the maintenance of stones; as well as the maintenance of your knives, to keep them as long as possible in your kitchen!
The price includes all the necessary tools to practice, a mountain of advice and plenty of sparks! All you need to bring is one or more knives.
Note: the sharpening stone is not included in the price of the workshop, but will be sold on site at cost ($25+tx) for those who want to take one home!
