How does an electrical outlet work? How is it connected to a switch? When it doesn’t work, how do we know what’s wrong?
In this workshop, we will learn the main principles of electricity, and work on electrical assemblies ourselves.
This will help you demystify electricity, and not be afraid to look your electric meter in the face when it is not happy. You will leave with an extension cord that you will assemble yourself.
The cost of the workshop includes the material, the guarantee of not getting electrocuted and probably some nice discoveries!
Skills required: none, just a bit of curiosity.
N.B.: you must always call a master electrician certified by the CMEQ for electrical work in your home. This workshop does not allow you to do any work yourself.
You can also choose to do this workshop as a combo of levels 1 and 2.
