Training – Sewing a pair of linen pants
You love linen and want to create a light and elegant garment? Would you like to wear a pair of pants that are perfect for sunny days?
During this two-session course, Lea will teach us all the steps necessary to create your own garment. You’ll be able to make it unique by customizing it with Italian pockets, choosing the length and width of your pants and creating the perfect fit for you. We will also see how to use the serger, sew a waistband and insert an elastic.
At the end of the class, you’ll leave with your own pattern to reproduce over and over again!
Class 1: Pattern making (seam values, notches, medians…) and pattern adjustment.
Class 2: Sewing the garment, finishing and small final adjustments.
This 6-hour course (2 sessions of 3 hours) is the perfect opportunity to discover the basics of sewing in a good mood and to be autonomous on a sewing machine.
Skills required: none, beginners are welcome!
Price includes: Fabrics, machine, pattern paper, know-how and advice from a pro!
NB: The workshop time is indicative, and it may take longer for some participants. So we don’t recommend scheduling an appointment right after!
For the May 31 training, sessions will be held on Monday, May 31 and Monday, June 7 from 6-9pm.
