Are you rarely seen without your trusty overalls? Would you love to have your own custom-made pair?
During this two-session class, Lea will teach you all the steps needed to design and make your own pair of overalls. You will be able to make it unique by customizing it with pockets, choosing your closure method, and creating the perfect fit for you. You will be able to choose between two fabrics, linen or corduroy and you will leave with your own pattern to reproduce your design over and over again!
Lesson 1: Pattern making (seam values, notches, medians…) and pattern fitting.
Lesson 2: Sewing the garment, finishing, and making small final adjustments.
This 6-hour course (2 sessions of 3 hours) is the perfect opportunity to discover the basics of sewing in a relaxed environment and to become autonomous on a sewing machine.
Skills required: none, all lovers of timeless overalls are welcome!
The price includes fabrics, machines, pattern paper, know-how, and advice from a pro!
For the May 8th training, the sessions will take place on Saturday, May 8th, and Sunday, May 9th from 3 pm to 7 pm.
NB: The workshop time is indicative, and it may take longer for some participants. We, therefore, recommend that you do not schedule an appointment right afterward!
