Do you want to protect your glasses with a durable, handmade case? Are you curious about the art of leatherworking?
This 3-hour workshop led by Diana, a leatherworker by profession, will be a great opportunity to discover the secrets of leatherwork. You will learn different basic techniques such as: cutting and gluing the material, marking and opening the stitches, hand sewing with a waxed thread and painting the edges to create a nice finish.
Each participant will have the choice of several colors of leather. The material used comes from the leather scraps of a sofa manufacturer.
Skills required: none, except a little attention to detail!
