Initiation welding – Creating a coat rack

Still lacking a place to properly store coats, tools, hats, … the whole outfits?

In this introductory workshop, you’ll create a bar with storage hooks and safely learn all the basics of electrode welding.

Skills required: none. This workshop is open to all.

A fun way to develop a new interest in metalworking.

The workshop includes all materials and sparks galore.

NB: Some pictures are models, close to what you’ll make on site.

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. And although we offer a large apron and protective sleeves, long clothing is strongly recommended. Ideally not the clothes you hold most dear, in case a stray spark gets clumsily deposited.
