Have you always found furniture pieces that combine steel and wood elegant, and you would like to learn how to make an attractive, sturdy little stool yourself?
In this 2 x 3h course, you’ll first learn to weld steel with a coated electrode to make the structure of a small stool, then go on to make a wooden seat using a band saw, orbital sander and wood chisels.
We’ll also do the finishing.
You’ll leave with a stool measuring 12“ high x 9” seat diameter.
Skills required: Previous welding experience is recommended, as this is a challenging workshop for a complete beginner.
Price includes steel, wood, tools, lots of advice from a professional, plus a few sparks and wood shavings!
