Are you interested in violin making and want to learn more about the sound properties of wood? You want to start making your first musical instrument?

Small and practical, the Kalimba is a world instrument that teaches us a lot about the mechanism of acoustic musical instruments.

In this 3-hour workshop, led by a luthier, we will cover the basic techniques of woodworking and violin making, such as Wood cutting, 45 degree cuts, drilling, gluing, acoustic testing, perfect sanding and tuning the instrument.

Skills required: none, this workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Price includes tools, wood, instrument hardware and lots of great advice from an expert luthier and musician.
