Do you want to proudly display your best pictures in your hallway? Would you like to know how to make a custom frame for your favorite photograph?
This 3-hour workshop led by our workshop leader Guillaume, you will get the possibility to make 2 or 3 frames out of fine wood. You will have the choice to make either 3 frames of maximum dimensions 12″x12″ (interior dimensions 11″x11″) or 2 frames of maximum dimensions 12″x12″ and the other 12″x24″ (interior dimensions 11″x11″ and the other 11″x22″).
In addition to leaving with great picture frames, you will discover the use of different machines such as the:
– Pneumatic nailer
– Mitre saw
– Table and orbital sanders
– Tabletop router
You will also learn several woodworking techniques such as:
– Making 45-degree cuts
– Making chamfers
– Gluing, broaching, and nailing with the help of straps and templates
– Sanding and finishing
Skills required: none, this workshop is accessible to all!
