Would you like to have a hiding place at home to store your little treasures? Would you like to learn how to make a shelf by yourself?

During this 6-hour course, Guillaume, head cabinetmaker, will teach you how to make a wall-mounted shelf with a secret compartment to store your documents and precious objects.

To make this shelf, you will learn about the operation and safety of different machines such as: the bench saw, the pneumatic nailer, the mitre saw, the table and orbital sanders, the table router.

You will be free to choose the dimensions of your shelf (within reason!). The wood used will be Russian Birch plywood and walnut strips. You will also see how to fix it at home.

Skills required: you like to make things by yourself and have small objects to hide. Accessible to beginners as well as the more experienced.

The training will start on Monday March 28th and will take place on Monday April 4th from 6pm to 9pm at Les Affûtés Petite-Italie.

Price includes all materials and lots of professional advice!
