A model company
Les Affûtés is a B Corp, i.e. a company that puts its impact before its profit, and wants to be a model, both in terms of its environmental impact and its internal functioning. This means many things: total transparency of information, employee profit-sharing, above-average remuneration…

We believe that everyone has a lot of energy and creativity, and that if you come to us, it is not for a “job” without involvement. Everyone here is in an entrepreneurial position: they make their own decisions, can get involved in new projects that excite them, and are paid in part on the results they achieve.
Making people grow
We are fortunate to be a place where we can write things in our own way. And one of our priorities is that everyone should grow. That means taking the time to train people to get ahead, whether it’s in woodworking or financial management.

Teachers

The Affûtés workshops are given by a team of teachers with a variety of skills. Once a month or twice a week, self-employed or employee, we are always happy to welcome new skills in our team!
Woodworkers
__
The woodworking managers are specialists (trained woodworkers), multi-taskers and creatives, who teach in workshops, coach users on their creations and build projects, from plywood shelves to solid wood tables.
Strange animals

We also like people outside the box here: designers, craftsmen, animators, repairers… As long as you like manual skills and have a taste for sharing, we will be happy to meet you to see what we can build together!
