Are you fascinated by metalwork? Would you like to discover welding while working on your creativity?
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of arc welding by creating a creative sculpture from metal parts (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.).
Once we’ve chosen our materials, we’ll safely learn all the basics: bandsaw cutting, electrode welding and finish grinding.
We promise intensive learning, and lots of fun building whatever your imagination comes up with!
Skills required: none. This workshop is open to anyone who loves to create sparks!
The workshop includes all materials and tons of tips from a soldering pro.
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. And although we provide a large apron and protective sleeves, long clothing is strongly recommended. Ideally not the clothes you hold most dear, in case a stray spark gets clumsily deposited.
