Would you like to try your hand at woodturning? Would you like to improve your manual skills by making a practical and original object for a special occasion?
During this 4-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of woodturning by making a sustainable, ecological, and unique object: a dildo! Our cabinetmaker and workshop leader, will introduce you to the wood lathe and other associated tools. You will learn about the fundamentals of woodturning and the different techniques of this discipline: drawing, roughing, and profiling gouges, tracing, sanding, and preparing the piece for finishing.
Everyone will have the choice of three wood species and designs to make a personalized object. Guaranteed splinter-free and specific finish included!
Skills required: none, everyone is welcome!
