Would you like to make your own sushi at home? Would you like to impress the world at your next potluck?

Join us for this 3-hour workshop as we delve into the world of homemade sushi. Equipped with pots and knives, we’ll learn three different sushi-making techniques: maki, nigiri and California roll.

We’ll cover the art of slicing fish; the steps involved in mastering rice cooking, how to assemble balanced ingredients  and the technique of rolling sushi.

Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced cooking enthusiast, this workshop is open to all. Skills required: none, apart from a love of fresh sushi.

The workshop fee includes all necessary equipment, quality cooking utensils, fresh ingredients and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere!

Note: remember to bring your own containers so you can take home the products you’ve made.

Superbe expérience avec notre Chef Céline! Une superbe atmosphère, un focus sur la tradition japonaise, des apprentissages et petites astuces très utiles et un vrai sentiment d’accomplissement. Et en plus ça goûte bon! Que vous soyez en famille, en amis, en couple, ou prêt(e) à apprendre solo, je vous conseille cette activité.
